This step will only work in the state where the users can easily throw up the lock by simply drifting the hacksaw blade aligned in between the window and the belt. If in case the users can reach the lock then they need to lift it by using the blade of the hacksaw until it won't unbind.

Step 3: Open Up The Lock

Finally, the users need to open up the lock and this is not an ideal option if in case the users want their windows to work once it is open. If in case the users work in their prybar close to the lock and then lift it hard until the users can open the lock. There are other locking items that the users cannot reach like the dowel rods which usually forbids the window from unbinding it.
