5 Easy Ways To Move A Heavy Wardrobe Efficiently

Way 1: Gather Packing Supplies
If the user has decided to take the wardrobe to the new home or to another place within the home, then they need to provide it with the best protection against all the damage during the relocation process. The user is going to need quality packing materials like furniture blankets, bubble wrap, plastic wrap, large cardboard pieces, packing tape, etc. Besides that, they also need moving equipment like dolly, furniture pads, moving straps, strong ropes, etc. It's advisable to have enough wardrobe boxes, as well as bags to pack the clothes from the closet.
Way 2: Empty The Wardrobe
When moving a heavy wardrobe, it's important to empty it first. Remove all the clothes from the wardrobe and store them in the bags suitcases, etc.
Way 3: Get Ready For Move
Once the wardrobe is completely empty, then wipe down all the surfaces and remove all the drawers, shelves, and other elements that are unattached, otherwise, they may get loose and will shift during the transportation, causing damage to the wardrobe or will break. From the top side of the wardrobe use a flat head screwdriver to unscrew the large bolts on both sides. Wrap the top side in bubble wrap or blanket. Now at the bottom, there will be 2 screws holding each side of the wardrobe together use a flat head screwdriver to remove the bottom side.
