This means if in case the diameter is 3 1/2 inches, that time the user will need a 2-inch hole. As in the example, this will be another 2 inches, which will equal 4 inches in the total.
- With the help of the above-mentioned measurements and the formula, cut the pattern for the waterfall valance. Fold as well as at the same pin all the edges underneath about 1/4 inch and then iron it. To get the clean and smooth look simply, sew the creased edges.
