Steps To Make MDF Cabinet Doors
The steps are mentioned below in order to make MDF cabinet doors:
- Flat Panels: To design cabinet doors flat panels are used.
- Circular Saw And Clamps: Do not cut the edges of the door with freehand use circular saw and clamps.
- Measure: Measure the dimensions of the door openings with the help of measuring tape.
- Place: Then place the full sheet on the table saw and cut the sheet panel according to the dimensions of the door.
- Trim: To make the panels more attractive trim the edges of the panels.
- Attach Hinges: Next attach hinges on both cabinet and door to check smoothness and level both of them. Then remove the hinges.
- Prepare: Prepare the finishing surface of the door by sanding the edges of the door.
- primer & Paint: Apply primer on the door and leave it to dry. Then apply two coats of paint on the door.
- Hinges And Handles: Now attach hinges and handles at their correct positions.
- Door: Then Attach the door with cabinet.
