Steps To Make Cabinet Doors From Plywood

The steps are given below for making the cabinet doors from plywood:

1. Table Saw: To make cabinet door the customer can use table saw and set the meter gauge which is attached on the table saw.
2. Cut: Cut the plywood into parts according to the length of the door.
3. Mark: Then mark the door from 4 sides to identify the different parts.
4. Grooves: Make grooves on sides of the plank where the panel can be inserted later.
5. Tenons: Then Cut the tenons.
6. Panel: Now cut the panel carefully and avoid scratches.
7. Distance: Cut the panels according to the distance between the tenons.
8. Apply Glue: On the four sides of the frame apply glue in the grooves properly so that panel can get attached with the planks.
9. Clamp: Clamp the joints tightly and wait for an hour then remove clamp.
10. Remove: Remove the extra glue by using a wet rag.
11. Hinges And Handles: At last, attach hinges and handles.
