  1. Gather Tools And Material: The customers need to collect the material and tools like fabric, thread, piping, pins, scissors, foam cushion, sewing machine, fabric pen, and Velcro.
  2. Fold And Cut Fabric: Now the customers need to place the cushion on the fabric to measure the size dimensions of the cushion and fold the fabric. Then cut the two pieces of fabric for cushion one for the top portion and another for the bottom portion. Also cut the fabric for front, back, and side view according to the size dimensions of the cushion and label the pieces.
  3. Assemble The Side Pieces: Next step is to assemble the fabric for the front and back edge of the cushion and attach the fabric along the edges of cushion with the help of pins.
  4. Sew The Edges: Now remove the fabric from the back side and stitch the fabric. Level the back piece of fabric by stitching the stripped edge and make the finished edge.
  5. Piping: For piping, the customers can take the correct side of the top panel outwards and attach the piping on it with the help of pins. Start attaching piping from one corner end and continue pinning the piping along the rest of the edges.
  6. Sew Piping: Now stitch the piping with the help of zipper foot. Start piping from the top panel and stitch it with the fabric. Fit the cushion into the top panel and then pin the piping with the bottom panel. Repeat the same procedure and stitch the piping on the bottom panel.
  7. Add Back Flap: Now the customers need to add the back flap. Pin the back flap with the back edge and stitch the back flap.
  8. Pin The Sides: Then pin the side panels with the bottom panel and trim the extra fabric. At corners trim the fabric at an angle so that cushion fits into the cover perfectly.
  9. Sew The Sides: The customers need to remove the cushion from the cover carefully and stitch the sides and front panel of the cover without damaging the piping.
  10. Insert Cushion: After stitching the sides the customers can put the cushion into the cover and then deal with the back flap opening.
  11. Cut The Velcro: At the opening back flap apply the Velcro that is cut into different pieces. The customers need to be assured that the loop and hook are on opposite sides. Then close the back flap with the Velcro.
