- Trim The Board: Start by trimming the boards for crafting the top and to do so they need to use the hand saw or the table saw so as to trim the boards as per the desired length of their coffee table. Then they need to position the one over each side from the thin corner top and the thin corners of the 2x4 sized board should get flushed with the extended coffee table side. Then affix them with the top by using the wood screws.
- Affix The Sides: Then the users need to affix the sides and by doing so the users can add the charm to the coffee tables. They need to trim the two 2x4 sized boards as per the coffee table length and its width. Then trim the board ends at their thin side at the 45-degree angle and then glue down the boards to the coffee table top sides so that they will get flushed with the tabletop. Then clamp them together in one place and then screw both of them with the top when the glue is dried.
- Trim The Leg Pieces: Then the users need to trim the leg pieces and to do so they need to trim 4 pieces of the 4x4s sized board as per their desired height that they want their table to be. Then affix the legs altogether and to do so they need to take one trimmed plywood piece and affix it with the one leg end and then screw it down at the top of the leg. Then place one of the trimmed pieces that will sit in between with the 2 legs and then repeat the same procedure with the other legs of the coffee table.
- Apply The Paint Or Stain: Then they need to paint the pieces of the coffee table and they can select the vibrant color for their table. In order to attain the natural finish the users can use the varnish or for the rich color the users can use the stain. For the classy look, the users are advised to choose the right tone stain for the top and the darker tone for the legs.
- Affix The Legs: Affix the legs with the tabletop, once the paint is dried off the users need to turn over the tabletop so that the users can easily access with the base of the table.
