  • Cinder Block Glue
  • Brushes And A Small Roller Of Paint

Steps

  1. First of all, you need to decide the place where you want to set up the bench because once it is build you can not carry it from one place to another as it is very heavy. So deciding the spot is very important in the first place.
  2. Now, start gathering the blocks & put the three blocks next to one another. The first two blocks are facing towards the front of the bench & the third block is placed in the opposite direction. Put some glue joints between the blocks. Again insert the three blocks on the first layer, positioned and glued in the same manner. As far as the third and the last layer of blocks are concerned, all must be placed in the same direction, so that it will be easy to slide the garden posts. Lastly, apply the Glue.
  3. Perform the operation with the other blocks, in the same way as you did for the previous blocks, positioning you at the distance equal to the length of the bench. To calculate the perfect length, position a garden pole on the ground.
  4. Now, it is time to paint the cinder blocks with the desired colors. Finish the painting task with the help of a brush. During the process of painting the cinder blocks, if in case you also want to paint your garden poles as well as seat board, then you can do it now.
  5. Make sure to position the wooden posts, either painted or unpainted, in the top three blocks.
  6. If in case you intend to add a board to the seat, you can do it now by placing it on the seat. You have to be absolutely sure that the board is on board alongside the garden poles. Now fasten the board into the three posts at every side of the bench. To carry out this task, use the twist in order to make a small pre-hole, then fasten.
