Install all of the balusters into the vinyl top rail, then center and fasten the black mounting brackets to the deck posts using the 1-1/2 inch deck screws that are included. On either side of the rail, tighten two screws.
- Using the 1 inch installation screws that are included, secure the top rail to the mounting brackets. Drive two into the rail, one on each side.
Step 8: Add Finishing Touches
