In order to remove wax from laminate floors, the user needs to follow the driest cleaning method that is mentioned below:
  1. Ice The Wax:

  2. Scrape Hard Wax:
The next step will be to scrape the hardened wax off the laminate flooring with a credit card or any other similar edged object. The user needs to make sure that he doesn't dent or scratch the laminate flooring. The user needs to continue the step until the entire wax is off the flooring that needs to be discarded in a trash bag.
  3. Prepare Solution:
After that, the user needs to prepare a solution containing 1 quart of water and 1/4-cup of white vinegar. The user needs to mix them in a spray bottle and shake the mixture until diluted vinegar spray gets prepared.
  4. Clean Laminate Flooring With Solution:
The last step in the procedure will be to spray diluted vinegar directly over the laminate flooring from where the wax was removed. The solution helps in the removal of greasy residue from the flooring left due to candle wax. Once sprayed, the user needs to wipe down the floor by using a clean cloth to get the waxy residue and vinegar spray out of it.
