Removing White Rings

  1. Iron: The iron can be used to remove the stains from the wood table. Simply lay the towel or t-shirt over the stain, the cloth will be used as a barrier between the iron and the table. Keep the iron at the low setting and slowly run over the fabric for a short period of time. Slowly remove the cloth to see whether the stain is removed if not then continue the process.
  2. Lemon Oil: The other way to remove the water stain is to use lemon oil with a fine steel wool pad, gently rub the area.
  3. Toothpaste: The non-gel paste is also very helpful in removing the stain on the table. Place a small amount of the toothpaste on the fingers or cloth and start rubbing on the affected area, after that wipe the toothpaste with a cloth dampened with the water.
  4. Hair Dryer: The hair dryer can be used to remove the stain, to do that place the blow dryer close towards the spot as the dryer starts drying the moisture and the spot will disappear but make sure not to hold the dryer at one spot instead move it back and forth. After this rub some olive oil on the area in order to moisturize it.
  5. Oil-based Products: Use the oil-based products like mayonnaise, butter, and petroleum jelly, etc. Leave the oil based product on the spot for overnight. Then wipe with the cloth.
  6. Baking Soda: The baking soda can be mixed with the toothpaste or with water to remove the stains. Prepare the paste by mixing equal amount of the toothpaste with the baking soda, then simply rub over the stain with the rag.
