Step By Step Procedure Of Fixing Uneven Cabinet Doors

- Fasten The Loose Affixed Screws: Start by unbinding the doors of the cabinet and then examine the hinge part that is affixed with the box of the cabinet. The two screws that are placed at the base and topmost side of the hinge helps in affixing the hinges with the cabinet. Then rotate these screws in the counterclockwise direction so as to be assured that the door is fastened.
- Adjusting The Door: If in case the users still find out the same problem even after fastening the affixed screws and the door of the cabinets is still very high or too low then they need to find out the screws that align the cabinet door in the upwards and downwards direction. If in case the users find out that there is not any individual screw that performs this function, unfastening the 2 affixed screws over the hinges and then align the door of the cabinet as per their favorable height and then re-fasten the screws.
- Adjust The Door In Left Or Right Way: The users need to use the adjustment of the cabinet door in the sideway direction usually in the left or the right alignment with its nearby cabinet box edges. Then they need to align the hinges on each cabinet door and it will completely depend on the correction that is required. If in case the users find out that the cabinet door is tilting in the downward direction then they need to rotate the side screws at the topmost hinge side so that the hinge will pull the cabinet box closer by moving up the door top to the leftmost side. If the users still feel some problem then they need to align the screw at the base hinge so as to drift the hinge far away with the box cabinet by drifting the door base to the rightmost side.
- Adjusting The Door In & Out Direction: The users need to use the width alignment screw so as to drift the door of the cabinet in the inwards and outwards direction to the box of the cabinet. The wooden cabinet doors usually wrap with the changes in temperature, the door can easily lift away within the cabinet box at the base and at the top. Avoid meeting the cabinet box when it is closed that can easily cause the cabinet door to get bounced door when it is closed. If in case the cabinet door meets up the cabinet box at the topmost area then they need to align the topmost hinge towards the frame of the cabinet and then align the base hinge far from the surface of the cabinet. If in case the door is having the gap at the base then they need to reverse the entire defined step.
- Examine The Door: Finally the users need to bind the cabinet door after they made some minute adjustments so as to be assured that the users are drifting it within the rightmost direction and then check whether the cabinet doors require more alignment or not.
