  • 1/2-Inch Screws
  • Replacement Slides

Steps

  • Pull Drawers: The users need to start by pulling out the drawers from the cabinet and then set it up towards its side. Then they need to use the cordless gun in order to detach those screws that are holding the runner with the drawer side accordingly.
  • Reach: Then they need to reach inside the cabinet and then loosen the small plate that is located at the cabinet back and that plate holds up the right and the left side runner with the cabinet. Then they need to loosen that small plate at the frontmost side of the cabinet. Then they need to carefully detach the runners from the surface of the cabinets. Then they need to take the detached runner to any home improvement shop in order to purchase the same replacement runners.
  • Isolate: Then the users need to isolate the runners and to do so they need to choose the one runner and mark it as DL and then they need to place this marked runner at the left-most drawer side and the wheel needs to be at the drawer back. The front-most side of the runner would flush against the drawer front rare side. Then the users need to fasten the runner with the drawer side by using the 1/2 inch sized screws and by using the point holes through the runner. The users need to repeat the same technique while placing the other runner that is marked as DR at the other drawer side respectively.
  • Set Up: Then they need to set up the runner marked as CL at the left side of the cabinet. The frontmost plate should be inclined and should be fitted perfectly with the cabinet wood frame and the users will find out that there is a small plate located at the runner back and it needs to slide back easily and rest upon the wooden runner at the back. Then the users need to use the screws of the size 1/2 inch and then screw down the runner at the cabinet front and back side by using the point holes through the runner. Then the users need to repeat the same technique while placing the other runner marked as CR at the cabinet right side accordingly.
  • Insert Wheels: Finally they need to tip the drawer back at the angle of 30 degrees. Then they need to insert the wheels at the drawer back within the pilot holes at the frontmost runner side. Then they need to lay the drawer upwards diagonally so that the wheels will get locked within the runners. The drawers then should slide back easily within the cabinet surface respectively.
