How To get rid of Wood Cracks With Resin
Here are some of the steps by which the customers can easily get rid of the cracks:
- Wear The Mask: The customers need to start by wearing their mouth mask in order to protect themselves from breathing the harmful chemicals.
- Use The Masking Tape: The customers then need to use the masking tape and apply it over one side of the cracked area. The masking tape will help the customers in holding the Epoxy resin in one place for a long time.
- Make A Mixture: The Epoxy resin comprises of the two packets and the customers then need to mix the equal parts of both the packets of the Epoxy resin in a large bowl. The customers also need to add a few drops of the wood dye in the mixture and then they need to continuously stir the mixture until it turns into a fine paste.
- Apply The Mixture: The customers then need to use the stick and apply a good amount of the mixture to the cracked area on the wood item. They then need to allow the Epoxy resin to dry for one complete night.
- Use The Sandpaper: Once the resin is completely dried the customers need to use the sandpaper and rub it over the cracked area in order to create an even smooth finish on the wood product. The customers then need to use the wood colored marker in order to cover the cracked area with the paint respectively.
