Proper Procedure Of Converting Delta Cribs To A Toddler Bed

To perform this task, you will only need two items: an Allen wrench and a screwdriver & make sure not to use a power screwdriver.
- First of all, you need to get rid of the front rail assembly from the crib. After that, put in the Allen key into each of the four bolts and then move it in a counter-clockwise direction in order to loosen the bolts. Due to the reason that you will be re-installing the crib legs, it is not necessary to completely detach the bolts from the side panels.
- The next step is to get rid of the legs from the front rail assembly with the help of an Allen key. Each leg is supported in place by one bolt, in addition to the top rail and another near the base of the rail assembly.
- After that, you need to get rid of the metal stabilizer pins that attached the front rail to the legs. Metal stabilizer pins will be easy to eliminate if you grab them with the help of pliers and smoothly pull them out.
- Finally, you need to put in the legs to the side rails of the crib. Align the metal pins to the holes in the side rail and smoothly push on the legs in order to hold them in place. Firmly strengthen the Allen bolts by moving the Allen key in a clockwise direction.
