Cleaning Process Of A White Landscape Rocks
Landscape rocks, especially white landscape rocks, can be one of the beautiful addition to your yard or garden, however, it is highly possible that they get affected by dirt, leaves, weeds, and pine needles. Therefore, it becomes highly important to clean your white landscape rocks regularly in order to get rid of stains. Remove Any Debris
You can start the cleaning process by getting rid of any leaves, twigs and other debris from the rock garden. A leaf blower will work exceptionally well, however, you can also sweep it clean with the help of a broom. Then, rinse off the rocks with the help of a hose in order to eliminate as much debris as you possibly can before adding any cleaning agents. Use Dish Soap

Home Remedies

Add a small amount of baking soda and then scrub using a wet brush. Rinse rigorously with the help of a hose and repeat if necessary. If this doesn't work, then you can use a stronger cleaning agent, which may include white vinegar.
- Vinegar: White vinegar is great, particularly, when it comes to large boulders. These rocks may accumulate moss as well as algae growth with the passage of time. If mossy rocks are not the look that you are looking for, then try vinegar. Make a mixture & solution of 1 cup of white vinegar and 6 cups of water and then apply it to the rocks. Use a scrubbing brush in order to get rid of the moss & algae growth. Rinse them clean with the help of a hose and repeat if necessary.
Remove Weeds
- You can eliminate weeds by pulling them out using your hand. Make sure you eliminate each weed thoroughly down to the root. You can use boiling water by putting it directly onto the weeds. Be extremely careful & make sure that the boiling water doesn't come in contact with your skin and burn you. It is important to wear closed-toe shoes as well as long pants as a precautionary measure.
- You can also use white vinegar by sprinkling it directly on the weeds. Make sure the vinegar does not get on any adjoining plants or grass, due to the fact that it will harm or kill them as well.
