Steps

  1. Clean: Before starting the cleaning process, first clean the coffee table with feather dusters. A vacuum cleaner can help the user to clean dust from the coffee table.
  2. Mix: Take 1/2 liquid dish detergent and mix it with 1 gallon (3.8 L) of warm water in a bucket. Mineral oil can also be used for cleaning the wood coffee table.
  3. Apply: Now apply the mixed solution on the surface of coffee table with a damp sponge. Always remember to make the damp sponge fully wet because too much of quantity of water will damage the wood table.
  4. Wipe: To remove any type of water or liquid on the wood coffee table wipe the surface with a damp dry cloth and dry the table for nearly 1-2 hours.
  5. Wax: Apply some wood wax on the surface, edges and corners of the coffee table. Dry cloth can be used in order to rub it gently.
  6. Dry: After cleaning and waxing the wood coffee table leave the table for 7-8 hours to dry completely.
