  1. Dado Head: The first step is to use the dado head for making the grooves in the stiles and rails, simply replace the blade of the table saw with the dado head.

  4. Raise: Then next step is to raise the panel edges, for that carefully adjust the table saw bevel angle to 15° and adjust the rip fence in the same distance as the thickness of the panel groove now carefully raise the blade this will help to penetrate the teeth to the opposite side of the panel.   6. Test-fit, Sand, And Assemble: Now the step is to check fit, sand, and assemble. First of all, do a dry fit and accordingly make the adjustments if needed, then sand the surface with the 120-grit sandpaper in case the door will be painted, and 220 grit in case it is stained or clear finish.
