What Are The Steps to Build a Kitchen Table?

Here are some of the steps by which the customers can easily build a Kitchen Table:

Building the Tabletop

1.Cut The Lumber For The Table Top: The customers need to start by trimming the lumber board and the customers have to trim five boards that are 180cms in total length by using the Miter saw.
2.Place The Boards On A Flat Surface: The customers then need to place the five boards in one row on any type of flat surface.
3.Mark The Pocket Holes: The customers then have to mark many holes between the space of two boards. The customers also need to draw two marks on each corner of the board where the customers will attach the breadboard edges.
4.Adjust The Kreg Jig: The customers then have to use the electric drill and then insert it to the exact base guide of the Kreg Jig unless the step will touch the exact 1.5 inches mark. The customers then need to compress the depth by using the Allen wrench.
5.Adjust The Jig: The customers then need to manually unbid the screw at the posterior side of the Kreg Jig so that the customers can easily drift the Hole guide. The customers then need to either raise or lower the guide until the set reaches to 1.5 inches mark and after that, they have to construct the screw.
6.Pierce The Pocket Holes: The customers then have to place the corner of the board in the Kreg Jig and need to center the Kreg Jig one of the marked spots and after that, the customers need to use a drill and make one hole at the top side of the Kreg Jig in order to create a pocket hole within the board. The customers need to follow the same process with all the other marks on the boards.
7.Lay The Boards: The customers then need to place the trimmed boards on the floor again in the exact pattern in order to check that all the corners and ends are at the same level.
8.Affix The Boards: The customers then have to locate one screw in one of the pocket holes that the customers have drilled and then the customers have to affix it in order to tighten the boards altogether. The customers need to keep all the boards at an exact level. They need to follow the same technique while affixing the screws on the other two boards as well.9.Sand The Surface: The customers then have to use an electric sander and rub it all over the areas and the edges of the boards.
10.Trim The Breadboard Ends: The customers then also need to calculate the exact size dimension of the table top in order to trim the Breadboard as per that measurements. The customers also need to trim the two more Breadboard of the length 46¼".
11.Affix The Breadboard Ends: The customers then need to affix the breadboards to the tabletop by drilling a 2.5mm screw through the leftover pocket holes accordingly.

Assembling the Table Base

1.Trim 4x4 Lumber Board To Create Table Ends: The customers need to trim the lumber boards by using a Miter saw. The customers need to cut the board as per the size dimension of:
4x4s to 43"= Two pieces
4x4s to 25?= Four pieces
4x4 at 36¼"= Two Pieces.
2.Sand Edges: The customers then need to use sandpaper and rub it over the edges in order to make them smoother for further use.
3.Lay Out The End: The customers need to use a flat surface and need to place the table end as per the following guidelines:
The customers need to lay down one of the "43" trimmed board, Place both the legs of "25?" adjacent to the first board and at last the customers need to place the 36¼" trimmed board among the two trimmed legs in a horizontal way.
4.Affix Table Ends: The customers then have to use a drill and adjust the 6" torque 3 screws at one of the points whether the trimmed boards touch each other and they have to repeat the same procedure while drilling the screws to the second table.
5.Trim The Lumber Board For The Long Braces: The customers need to trim the lumber as per the following measurements:
4'x4= Two for crafting the braces
2'x4= two for building the apron
6.Attach One Brace: The customers then need to use one of the 4'x4 trimmed board and affix it with the table end and the customers need to place the table top upside down so that the brace can easily take some rest on the floor. The customers then have to 2 screws of the 6mm size and drill it on both ends of the brace.
7.Affix The 2x4 Apron: The customers need to create two holes on each end of the 2x4 trimmed braces and then place the braces in a parallel way to the 4x4 brace. The customers then need to use the 2.5mm screws and affix it in the pocket holes.
8.Affix The Final 4x4 Brace: The customers then have to affix the other 4x4 trimmed braces in the Midair and this trimmed base will run parallel to the other 4x4 trimmed. The customers then need to use the 6mm three screws and drill the screws to both corners of this trimmed brace.
9.Affix The Base To The Tabletop: The customers need to place the table top on a flat surface and then gently place the base of the table over the table top. The customers then need to use the torque screws and then drill it straight to the base of the boards towards the table top.
