Steps to Attach a Tabletop to a Pedestal Base

Here are some of the steps by which the customers can easily attach a Tabletop to a Pedestal Base:
  1. Place The One Trimmed Plywood Piece: The customers need to start by Placing one of the 12-inch pieces of the trimmed plywood board across the two sawhorses. The customers then need to move rapidly the wood glue in the circular motion. The customers then need to lay the other 12-inch piece of trimmed plywood over the top of the board in order to level all the corners and the edges accordingly. The customers then need to lay the pedestal to the upside down and then Stand the pedestal upside down and place it in the middle point of the two trimmed plywood pieces.
  2. Trace The Pedestal Area: The customers then need to draw all around the pedestal and then detach the pedestal from the trimmed boards. They then have to drill many 1/4-inch nails into the plywood remove it from the plywood but the customers have to maintain a space of near about 4 inches between the nails. The customers then need to let the glue dry completely for near about 1 hour.
  3. Trim The Traced Part: The customers then have to pierce according to the traced lines of the pedestal by using a cordless drill. The customers then have to place the jigsaw blade into the hole and trim the traced area.
  4. Use The Sandpaper: The customers then have to use sandpaper and rub it vigorously all over the surface of the pedestal accordingly.
  5. Move The Glue Beads: The customers then need to move rapidly the glue beads over the surface of the trimmed cut-out. They then have to lay the 18-inch plywood piece on the top and they have to drill the nails in order to affix it with the cut-out piece. The customers now are having a hat-shaped laminated plywood piece that also includes the pocket in order to secure the pedestal. The customers then have to use sandpaper and rub it all over the edges and the corners.
  6. Apply The Glue: The customers then have to apply the wood glue inside the pocket area by using a paintbrush and they have to affix the pedestal within the pocket. The customers then have to place the pedestal to its upright and they have to drill the nails through the topmost trimmed plywood piece towards the top pedestal area in order to affix them together.
  7. Place The Tabletop: The customers have to lay the tabletop to its upside down. The customers also need to place the hat-designed piece along with the pedestal in the center position and they also have to drill the nails within the exterior corner of hat designed piece in order to affix the pedestal part to the tabletop part. The customers need to place the table. Stand the table in a vertical position and they need to wait for near about a day in order to use a table properly.
