  1. Mineral Spirits: Apply odorless mineral spirits on the mop and clean the floor with the same. Ensure the area is well ventilated in order to avoid the hazards of minimal fumes. Let the floor dry completely.
  2. Stir: Open the Polyurethane can and stir smoothly with the help of the wooden paint paddle. Make sure to stir finely from top to bottom. Avoid shaking of the finish as this will cause bubbles while applying the finish over the floor.
  3. Application: First start with the small portion and expand slowly to all floors using lamb's wool applicator.
  4. Dry: Make sure to air dry it rather using the fan or some other drying process like a heater doing so will result in the damage.
  5. Second Coat: Evenly apply the second coat and let the finish dry for the recommended time mentioned on the product. Take into the account that to apply a second coat the floor must be completely dried.
  6. Reapply: Re-apply three to four coats of the finish and give the drying time in between all the coats.
  7. Wait: Wait for 24 hours until the finish will set on the floor. The floor can be used after 24 hours.
