Easy & Useful Ways To Remove Smell From Memory Foam Mattress

Some of the new memory foam mattresses usually emit odors that may be very irritating at night when the user's face is near the mattress. After the above step is done in which the memory foam is aired out, then sprinkle the baking soda on all over the mattress, and leave it to sit for about an hour or so. After that simply vacuum away all the baking soda with the help of an upholstery brush attachment. For best results, it is advisable to apply the baking soda directly on the memory foam object, rather than on a sheet.

Room Refresher

A new memory foam mattress can easily make the entire room smell for a number of days. In that case, the user can place a bowl of the white vinegar in the room as this will help to remove all the odor from the air, the mattress off-gases, as well as the airborne odors, will be absorbed by the white vinegar. If the user does not care for the smell of the vinegar, that time place the vinegar in the room and then leave it there all day, then finally dump the vinegar down in the drain before bedtime. The vinegar will also help to deodorize drains.

Keep It Fresh
