General Overview
Return PolicyOnce the customer made a purchase from HOMELIFE STORE, it cannot be returned or exchanged and the customer will not get any refund but in case the customer has received a damaged product, the customer can get it replaced. If the customer cancels their order before delivery, in that case, the customer will be liable to pay a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from their refund amount.
Delivery & PickupAt the time of delivery, the cardholder must be present for signature and must provide a valid government identification proof. Customer must complete all payment formalities before delivery. Customer must clear the space where the customer wants to place their furniture before delivery. The customer can claim for damage within 24 hours of delivery. In Case of Pick up, the customer needs to inform them, at least 30 minutes before the customer's arrival so that they will be ready with the customer's purchase. The customer can report for damage or missing items within 24 hours. The customer can pick up their purchase from Monday - Saturday: 10 AM - 5 PM. The customer must pick up their order within 2-5 days of its arrival.
