Insurance is a type of warranty which gives the customer peace of mind while making a purchase because he has been assured that if he finds any defect on the product, the company will repair or replace it. Similarly, Harveys Furniture offers its customers a one-year manufacturing warranty on all their products in between if the customer finds any defect on the product, they will repair or replace it without customer spending a single penny on it. Apart from that, they also offer 10 years of warranty on sofa frames & seat springs which will last 9 years after the actual manufacturer's warranty.

How To Make A Claim?
For Claim, the customer is required to Contact the Customer service Team on the number 0344 372 1000 or send them an email on Customerservices@harveys-furnishing.co.UK. The customer service executive will require Name of the customer, Order number & Date of purchase for making a claim.

What If I Haven't Received An Order Confirmation?

How Can I Cancel An Order?
The customer needs to send them an email at least 14 days before the delivery date to get a complete refund. Orders made specifically for the customer cannot be canceled.
