Return & Exchange Policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase or the item is not what you wanted to purchase, you can simply return or Exchange it within the 30 days of delivery. The returned item must be unused and in the form of resale. For custom orders, the return is not possible because the item is made especially for you with selected fabric and color. The return delivery charges will be applicable to you and you have to pay a 25% cost of the item as a restocking fee. However, the restocking fee will be exempted if you exchange your product with the item of similar or greater value or a store credit. You can also cancel your order if it is yet to be shipped and if it is a custom order, it can be canceled before the production is started.
