City Furniture sells its products both online as well as in-store and they have a separate return policy for both type of purchases which are mentioned below:
Online Return Policy: In their online return policy, the customer can return the purchase within three days of delivery in order to get a refund. All those orders which will be returned on the date of delivery or after it will be subject to a restocking fee of $99.99. Also, the original shipping and delivery charges will be excluded from the refund amount. Apart from that, if you receive the product damaged, you can make a claim of it within three days of delivery and they will arrange a repair or replacement for you.
