Return Policy: Cheny Furniture understands that sometimes the customers may not be 100% satisfied with the purchase. In that case, the company will be happy to assist the customer with an exchange or store credit within 10 days of the delivery. However, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Special orders and certain products are not returnable. In the event, the company can do an exchange instead of return.
Warranty
The Cheny furniture Store has a different warranty plan for the different items like:
- Frames: comes under the 5 Year Limited Warranty plan, the frames that are covered under this warranty are frames used in sofas, loveseats, living room chairs, ottomans, and sectionals.
- Recliner Mechanism: Also comes under the 5 years limited warranty from the date of purchase this warranty covers the mechanisms used in recliners to be free from material manufacturing defects.
- Cushioning: 1 Year Limited Warranty.
- Leather: Also comes under the 1 Year Limited Warranty, under this warranty the leather is covered for defects in materials and workmanship, seam slippage, cracking, and dye transfers from the date of purchase.
- Fabric: Cheny Furniture warrants the fabric for a period of one year from the date of purchase, that covers upholstered fabrics against seam fraying and slippage.
