Warranty InformationAll the Caravan Furniture products come with a 12 months warranty period from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, the customer is eligible for return as well as repair. The warranty doesn't cover the products damaged by customers negligence & accident and in order to make a warranty claim, the customer needs to follow the return procedure & provide them the proof of purchase.
How To Get Replacement Of Faulty Products?In case the customer receives the faulty order, he can return it within 28 days from the date of delivery. The customer is eligible for direct replacement as well as a refund, however, if the purchase is over 28 days old, they will test the fault of the purchase and will try to repair the item and if they are unable to repair the item, they will replace it with the same product.
