Low Price Guarantee: The store offers its customers low price guarantee which means if the customer finds the same product in less price at some other store within the 30 days of the purchase then the store will refund 110% of the difference. However there are some terms and conditions like The product must be of the same brand, model and materials with the same services.
Delivery & Pick Up
: Regarding the delivery the store offers the same day or next day pick up and delivery on most of the sofas, recliners, chairs, and mattresses. The store has the following delivery and pick up services:
- White Glove Delivery: In which all the items are opened and checked by the quality experts before delivering. Under this service, the item is delivered to customers room of choice and will remove all the packing material. If the customer wants full White Glove Delivery on all items that they have purchased then the customer needs to pay the small nominal charge in order to cover the cost of delivery.
- On-site Pick Up: Under this pickup service the items are also opened and checked before pick up.
