Bobs Furniture offers several delivery options by which the customer can receive his purchase after making a purchase from Bob's Discount Furniture. The delivery options offered by the company are mentioned below:

BOBTastic Delivery Experience

In the BOBTastic Delivery Experience, the customer will get three options of delivery which include a pickup option as well. The delivery options are mentioned below:
  1. White Glove Delivery:
    This is a complete delivery service which includes setup & assembly service at a customer's room of choice and trash removal service once the delivery is completed. The delivery service includes reminders by call or message at the time of delivery confirmation and also when the delivery team will be on its way. A person above 18 years must be present at the time of delivery so that he can sign the delivery documents and the delivery team will provide him with a demonstration about the usage of new furniture.
  2. Treshold Delivery:
    This delivery option is limited to inside the front door only and the items will be delivered in the box. The customer has to assemble & unpack the items by self. Also, the person above 18 years must be present at the time of delivery for signature.
  3. Pick Up:
    The customer needs to select his nearby Pickup location and allow warehouse 4-10 days to transfer the items to the selected location. The items which are available for direct ship doesn't qualify for pickup and some of the items may require assembly.

Bob's Value Express

Bob's Value Express delivery service is available on selected items and will be shipped via FedEx within 5-7 business days. The customer needs to check the Value Express delivery logo at the time of making a purchase. After purchase, he will receive a call within 24 hours from Bob's representative in order to provide him with FedEx delivery information. In Case, the customer makes his purchase along with furniture that doesn't qualify for Value Express delivery, then all the items will be shipped via BOBTastic Delivery Experience.

Direct Ship

All those items which are shipped directly from the manufacturer are shipped via FedEx and the delivery charges of such products are included in the delivery. Such items are shipped within 5-7 business days.

Warranty Details and Return Policy

Warraty Details

All Furniture products which are sold by Bob's Discount Furniture at a regular price are covered under warranty for the period of one year from any manufacturing defect whether in material or workmanship. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery or possession. For Warranty claim, the customer needs to call the service department on (860) 474-1000 or (800) 569-1284 from Monday – Saturday between 6:30 AM – 8 PM EST & Sunday between 10:30 AM – 9 PM EST. The customer service will schedule an appointment of a service technician who will visit the customer's place to fix all factory defects. Note: The company also offers a Goof Proof plan that will provide coverage on accidental damages & stains under standard home use. For Goof Proof service request or claim, visit the Goof Proof Support page.

Return Policy

The customer has a right to cancel his order up until the order is delivered to him or picked up by him. Returns after delivery & pickup are not possible except some exceptions. The exceptions are:
  • All those items having unserviceable factory defects within the period of one year can be replaced.
  • The customer can return the rugs within three days of receipt. The refund will exclude return shipping charges.
  • Comforter sets can also be returned with 3 days unless the item has clear signs of customer damage. The customer is liable to pay return shipping charges.
  • All those items which are shipped via FedEx can be returned with 3 days of delivery. The refund amount will exclude return shipping. Also, the customer can cancel his FedEx order within 24 hours without being liable to any penalty.
