Bizchair offers a return period of 30 days in between the customer can return his purchase in brand new & unused condition in order to get a refund. All the office chairs (5 chairs maximum) which the customer get with a 60-day money back guarantee, he can return them within 60 days as stated for a refund. Customer orders & final closeout products don't qualify for a return. For a return, the customer needs to get the Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting customer representative on

The representative will also provide the customer with an address to which the order needs to be returned with the Return Authorization number written on the box and also enclosed within the box. The original shipping charges will be deduced from the refund amount and if the customer has received Free shipping, outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. In Case of defective merchandise, the company will send replacement parts if the defect can be repaired by those and if not, they will pay the customer shipping charges for return after which they will replace the product.
