Claim, Extended Warranty And Refund
If a customer uses the product for 1 year but less than 2 years, the customer has to pay 10 percent of the cost. If the customer uses the product for 2 years but less than 3 years, the customer has to pay 20 percent of the cost. Customers cannot claim for warranty if they have modified the product. They cannot claim warranty if they have used any chemical on the products. To claim customers need to carry the bill of the product and the product number. The warranty should be claimed during the warranty period. They do not offer refunds. Ashley Furniture does not offer extended or additional warranties. However, warranties can be extended by other retailers. They do not take any responsibilities for the extended warranty.
Mattress Warranty And Montage Warranty
Ashley Furniture offers a 10-year limited warranty for mattresses provided that the mattresses are used under normal conditions. This warranty is applicable to the king and queen size mattresses provided they are taken good care of and used properly.
Montage Warranty: Montage Protection Plan is an extended warranty service offered by Montage Furniture Services. They offer an extended warranty for Mattresses, Fabrics, Rugs, etc. They also cover all the fabrics, leathers and other covering items.
