General Overview & Return

Adairs Furniture provides 30 days warranty period on all their purchases in which if they are not completely satisfied with the purchase or there is any manufacturing defect on the product, they can return it to them. For linen orders, that warranty period is extended to 60 days. The customers must note that return policy does not apply to certain products like quilts, under blankets, and pillows. The proof of the purchase like receipt needs to be included with the product for requesting a return. More information related to the return can be browsed at Returns page.

How To Return The Purchase?

They can only return the purchase if it is in an unwashed or unused condition. All they need to do is contact them on 1300 783 005 and they will reply with the "Paid Account Number" and then they need to post the return through the mail along with your invoice number on Adairs Online Returns, 88 Atlantic Drive, Keysborough VIC 3173 and they will receive the return, they will refund immediately after that but it will take around 2 weeks for the whole process. They can also return the purchase at any of the Adairs store locations in order to get a refund immediately.
