Adairs Furniture Return Procedure
The main focus of Adairs furniture is customer satisfaction that is why the company offers a return option on all unused items. The customer can return his purchase in original packaging if he is not completely satisfied with it in order to qualify for an exchange and return. The return period offered by the company are as follows;
- 60 days for Linen items and,
- 30 days for non-Linen items.
It is necessary for the user to include purchase proof with the returning product. In case, the products received by the customer are faulty, he needs to return it to the online team along with purchase proof in order to get a full refund.
Return Exceptions:There are several items that cannot be refunded, replaced, and returned unless the items are faulty or the items are not performing as per the description. The non-returned items are pillows, under blankets, and quilts. Besides that, all those items which are custom manufactured cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or returned, if the customer changes his mind.
