Warranty Information
Adage Furniture has two warranty periods, either the product which the customer purchases from them will come with 2 years of warranty or 5 years of warranty and that information will be provided to the customer at the time of purchase. The warranty includes any type of manufacturing defect that will occur in material and workmanship, however, the customer cannot make a claim for normal wear and tear because that is not included in the warranty.
Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Once the product has been delivered, the customer cannot return or exchange it in case he changes his mind But if there is any defect or the product is damaged, he can contact them and they will exchange it. Also, the customer has an option of canceling the order before delivery, however, the deposit amount will be forfeited by Adage Furniture.
