Return And Exchange Policy
As per the protocols of the ACME return and exchange policy, the customers are liable to pack the defective pieces in original Acme packing and must make the return or exchange request within the sixty days of the purchase. Customers are also supposed to take images of the defective piece as proof. As per the return policy, Acme will not entertain any product that is used or already assembled furniture. Customers should also note there is no refund policy offered by the company and it is mandatory to keep the original payment receipt to proceed with the return request.
