ACME Furniture Company will not accept any product that has been used or assembled. The items that the customers want to return must be in their original packing. The company will add a 20% restocking fees on all kind of returned items. Once they have returned their item the company will inspect that item and will exchange that if needed. They do not allow any kind of refund they only exchange the defective product. The company will ship the exchanged items directly to the customer's house.
