Return Policy, Contact Details And Working Hours

In ACME Furniture return policy, 60 days time period is provided to all customers in case they want to return their purchase whether due to defect or any other reason. The customers cannot return the product if they have used it or it has been assembled. Before return, the customers need proper Authorization from the company. There will be a restocking fee of 20% on each return. In case they are returning the product because of the defect, pictures are required to be forwarded on Rma@acmecorp.com. On returns, refunds will not be provided, instead, the customers can exchange their product or will be provided with a store credit. All returns must carry original purchase receipt and valid authorization number.
