Return PolicyIf you have received an item in a defective condition, you are required to pack it in the original box and then make a claim about it. The time period provided for the claim is 60 days from the date of delivery. You are also required to take pictures of the defect and forward it to them at
Rma@acmecorp.com. There will also be a restocking fee of 20% on each return. You cannot return the product which has already been used. In Case of freight damage, you need to mention it on the freight bill. You are also required to arrange freight for your return and accompany it with Return Authorization Number and original purchase receipt. On returned items, you can only get Exchange product or store credit.
