You can cancel your order within 7 days after placing it in order to qualify for a full refund but it can only be canceled by sending confirmation in writing through Fax, Email, or letter. In Case you want to return your purchase after delivery for any reason. You need to write to them about it by Email, Fax, or letter within 7 days of delivery and they will arrange a collection for you. The purchase can only be returned if it is unused and in original packing. There will be a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount along with shipping charges both original & return. Once they receive your return, they will refund you within the next 30 days. On upholstery items, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Special orders cannot be returned and you can only return mattresses if they are unopened.
