At Abenson Home Furniture, the customer can make a claim for repair & replacement of parts during the warranty period which will be mentioned at the time of purchase. For warranty claims, the customer is required to show the original sales receipt. Return Policy
Change of mind returns are not accepted by the company, however, if the customer has received a defective purchase, he can send them an email on Customerservice@abenson.com. The return is only possible if the item purchased is in original condition and the customer needs to send the item back to them with prepaid shipping charges.
